Holy HELL this photography is bad for what they're trying to do. Idc about the woman, different strokes etc, and I've seen women like this photograph well, but the photography is so bad.
Well start with no background. It takes away any context, like what is her foot resting on? What is she doing?
Then the color and lighting. I think these are the worst part of these photos. She is lit extremely starkly and harshly and from many sides. Also she has a strange high contrast inhuman almost black and white color scheme. This brings out every single detail, and takes away depth from the photo. You can't tell whats closer to the camera or not. No one ever looks good under extreme laboratory lighting too.
The high contrast, odd color, and no background combine to give her that cgi look.
Finally there's the poses. You can't see her face in any of them, which takes away her humanity. Plus they don't convey any movement, and they're confusing to look at. The last pose is the best of the 4.
All together, instead of presenting a person, full of life and energy, what the photographer gives is a lifeless gray clump of odd shapes, none of which have beauty to them.
Actually, it does seem the photographer was attempting to do this. They did succeed in taking the humanity and color out of a person, and presenting her like a grotesque statue that would make litteraly anyone look terrible. Cosmo is retarded if they actually think these photos show off the beauty of a persons body.
How could any person say this is beautiful? There's a reason people are repulsed by fat and it isn't nurture of nature vs. nurture. Nature finds fat people repulsive by killing them off early with a myriad of health problems.
Why do they care so much about getting people to accept gluttony? Why can't they just lose weight, or accept that they are grotesque? I really don't understand what they are hoping to achieve

Fat people only really exist because humans are so smart in comparison to the rest of the animal kingdom. We wouldn't be capable of gluttony if we had the technological capabilites of say, dogs, and still had to hunt for food.
I really doubt obesity would be that big of an issue if our society wasn't structured around the idea of "I NEED TO MAKE MORE CITY". Constant expansion and the belief that you always should have more, no matter what, have built a society that rewards consumption, and in turn rewards people who prey on consumers.
I'm not saying it isn't their fault, because there will always be lazy fuckers, but if we were homeostatic this wouldn't be a problem. We need to focus on sustainability rather than expansion.

M8, you know why. If not for fat acceptance, they'd have to make a change that requires work.
