Tron (1982) is a weird movie

I remember liking Tron when I was younger, but I tried watching it recently and it was... boring? Not very engaging.

Because the whole production split itself into mutually hating factions: the acting side and the special effects side. If you ever watch the movie again you'll note a sequence of five minutes of acting, then 5 minutes of special effects, 5 minutes of acting...
